i'm back from the countdown at esplanade!
where should i start... it's not fun at all. not as i expected. firstly, chong kang's the only guy with the 3 of us girls. so it isn't enough to protect us! i feel insecure all the way. but still, he did his best in protecting us. and iris is my bf all along, holding hand with me. secondly, the crowd is terrible. i got a shock, cos it's the first time i see such huge crowd. past fireworks isnt like this cos it's only national day. btw, it's my first time countdown outside. on the way to chop a good spot to watch the fireworks, i feel like giving up. till we found a good spot, chong kang is still telling me the danger of being molested or sprayed or whatever shit la. for that moment, i really feel like going home. thirdly, we spend 80mins of being squeezed, just to watch a 8mins fireworks. we met up for dinner at BK, made our way to a good spot, and home sweet home. how boring is that. the countdown was not fun. atmosphere isn't there. and i wasnt feeling excited when the fireworks is displayed. opposite infact. just that some parts of the fireworks is nice. so, kinda regretted that i went.
i guess that's all the complains i have for my first experience of countdown outside. i guess there wont be a second time for me, unless.........? hah.
feeling hungry now. craving for mac breakfast. but super tired.
